Everlea (she/her) is a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher, a Pilates Teacher trainer and former Member of the Board of Directors for the Pilates Method Alliance (2021-2023), where she also served as Chairperson for the Membership committee. Everlea is a 2008 honors graduate of the University of Florida’s School of Theatre and Dance, with a degree in Dance Performance and a minor in African Studies, with a concentration in African Performance Art. She also graduated with a Certificate in Dance and Healing earned from the Center for the Arts and Healthcare Research (CAHRE). With UF and Shands Hospital’s CAHRE and Arts in Medicine (AIM) programs, Everlea co-founded a program called Traffic Art and Dance Exchange. "Traffic" is a program for kids and teens living with sickle cell disease (SCD). For her successful work with CAHRE and Traffic, she was interviewed by Sara Versluis of Dance Teacher Magazine and her story was featured in the Magazine’s June 2011 issue. Everlea was also interviewed by Kate Mattingly for Dance Magazine's April 2024 issue about "Why Dancers Make Great Pilates and Gyrotonic Instructors".
As a contemporary dance artist, Everlea has danced with DC Contemporary Dance Theatre, Dance & BMore, and Deep Vision Dance Company. With professional ballet, she danced for Kirova Ballet Company in Hallandale Beach, FL and Kirova’s sister company, Space Coast Ballet in Melbourne, FL. During her professional dance training, Everlea attended Earl Mosley's Institute of the Arts in Kent, CT/New York, NY; The Ailey School in New York, NY; and New World School of the Arts in Miami, FL. Her early training was gained through Showtime Children’s Dance Studios (FL) where she is a lifetime scholarship student. Her charge is helping others live happier, healthier and more productive lives physically, emotionally, artistically and mentally.

Brande has over a decade of experience in both aerial arts and fitness. She has showcased her talents with various circus and dance companies nationwide, with standout performances in Cirque de la Mer at Sea World in San Diego from 2014 to 2016.
Notably, Brande clinched 1st place overall and 1st in her category Adult Pro/Silks at the West Coast Aerial Arts Festival (WCAAF) in 2014 and secured another 1st place victory in the Pro/Coaches category at WCAAF 2023. Her training includes intensive coaching from Orange County Aerial Arts/Ruby Karen Project (OCAA/RKP), Circus Arts Institute (CAI), and the New England Center for Circus Arts (NECCA) amongst many others.
In addition, Brande is a registered Vinyasa Yoga instructor (RYT-200) and has completed her 450-hour comprehensive Pilates certification through Everlea Bryant, NCPT.
Christi is an Accountant and our Business Administrative Assistant, in addition to being one of our amazing Apprentice Teachers! She began taking Pilates classes in 2023 at Pilates by Everlea Studio and fell in love with The Method. She is currently enrolled in Pilates by Everlea Studio's 650-hour comprehensive Pilates program, led by Everlea Bryant, NCPT.
Lynette is a Professor of Biology at Tidewater Community College, and is also both a professional dancer and a Pilates instuctor. Lynette specializes in Mat Pilates, and is a mastermind of Pilates small props. She teaches our Wednesday 5:30 PM EDT Mat Pilates class, and is available for in-person private training on Fridays 1-4 PM EDT.
