Pilates Equipment
Experience the Reformer, Pilates Chair, Spine Corrector, and/or Tower in our dynamic Pilates Equipment classes. Unless noted, our Group Classes are general level classes appropriate for experienced beginners and up. New to Pilates? Please start with our New Client Package of three (3) 60 minute Private Sessions with Everlea. Our In-person class sizes limited to 4-5 students.

Pilates Reformer
Experience the Universal Reformer, the most recognizable piece in the modern Pilates studio. Unless noted, our Group Classes are general level classes appropriate for experienced beginners and up. New to Pilates? Please start with our New Client Package of three (3) 60 minute Private Sessions with Everlea. Our In-person class sizes limited to 4-5 students.
In-Person Prerequisite: New Client Package.
Pilates Equipment for Dancers
A class designed specifically with dancers, gymnasts, and figure skaters in mind, our Pilates Equipment for Dancers class is a combination of Classically-based Pilates and technique for the seasoned performing artist. This class is weekly on Wednesdays at 5:30 PM EST and is both in-person and online. Virtual requirement: Pilates Chair.
Prerequisite: Dance, gymnastics or skating background and Pilates experience required.
Equipment for Inclusive Movement
A slower-paced version of our other Equipment Pilates classes. Students still experience two or more pieces of Pilates equipment in one class. In-person class size limited to 4 students. This class is great for Seniors, Pre and Post Natal Clients, and Clients who made need a little more support in their workouts .Group classes are available in-studio on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11 AM. This is a very popular class and space is limited. If no slots are available, please Contact Us for options.
In-Person Prerequisite: New Client Package or Beginner Pilates Equipment suggested.
MAT-BASED/ NON-EQUIPMENT CLASSES:
Pilates Mat
Wanting to learn exercises you can take anywhere? Mat Pilates can support your body in any place at any time since all you'll need is your own body and a towel or mat on the floor! Learn traditional and contemporary exercises to increase your strength and flexibility. We offer modifications throughout to support multiple levels and abilities.
In-Person and Virtual Prerequisite: You must be able to get down onto and up off of the floor to take Pilates Mat. Virtual students, please have a mat/towel.
