PRIVATE SESSION DESCRIPTIONS 

The Pilates by Everlea Studio is a fully furnished Classical Pilates studio featuring a Cadillac, Towers, Reformers, Chairs, Ped-o-Pul, Barrels, Magic Circle, Foot Corrector and Toe Corrector and more. Contemporary equipment includes Balanced Body Orbit, Foam rollers, BOSU and TRX.

Pilates Wellness 

Restorative Pilates exercises coupled with stretch, sound bath and hydrotherapy. Enhancements like the theragun are also incorporated into these wonderful sessions! 

Dance or Barre 

A customized private Barre or dance session in ballet, jazz, modern or one of many other styles! Please request Dance and Barre sessions through our Contact Us page.

Massage Therapy (Sessions provided by Cindi Setzer of Soulfire Massage). 

Customized massage therapy session including hot towels, cupping, Gua Sha and/or aromatherapy.
