Mat Training

Mat & Reformer

Mat Training provides you with the breadth of skills to teach Basic, Intermediate and Advanced Mat Pilates. Included in the Mat Program are 10 private lessons with Everlea, access to Mat classes, and education on the Magic Circle to elevate the practice and add variety to your Mat practice.

Includes the entire Mat Program, plus Reformer education through an Intermediate level. Included in the Mat Program are 20 private lessons with Everlea, access to classes, lecture hours and more.

Comprehensive

Includes the entire Mat and Reformer Programs, plus the full suite of Pilates equipment: Cadillac, Chairs, Barrels, Ped-o-Pul, and more. With Comprehensive, participants have the option to complete the education at an Intermediate, Accelerated Intermediate, or Advanced Level.
